How I get my best work done:

— My best work is usually done early in the morning before work (6am – 8am)
— I find the rubber duck method very helpful for solving problems (talking out a problem)
— Visual learner

The role I usually take in a team:

I like to organise a lot, so I feel particularly comfortable in those sorts of roles.

My communication style:

I enjoy and thrive when speaking and working over video calls more than typing. I particularly benefit from the screen-sharing function, but I also understand the necessity of written communication.

What I value:

Honesty, patience, attention to detail and people caring about projects and others.

What people misunderstand about me:

People often think I am an extrovert, but my social battery can run out pretty quickly.

How I like to get my feedback:

Honesty with no sugarcoating. I can get frustrated when given positive feedback.

Strengths:
— UX/UI design
— The naming of code
— Asking requirement questions

Weaknesses:
— Remembering the exact syntax for various functions
