BUSL License Verification Request

Hello,

I want to ask someone to verify whether the "Additional Use Grant" I use in my BUSL are a fair source or not.

Here's the text:

Additional Use Grant:   You may make production use of the Licensed Work,
                        provided that such use is in accordance with the
                        following conditions:

                        1. Your use does not consist of offering the Licensed
                        Work to third parties as a hosted or managed service,
                        where the primary value of the service is derived from
                        the Licensed Work.

                        2. You are an individual, or the number of Product
                        Development Personnel in your organization (and any
                        affiliates) does not exceed ten (10). "Product
                        Development Personnel" are defined as any individuals
                        who contribute to the design, development, testing,
                        deployment, or maintenance of your organization's
                        software applications or services.

Change Date:            Four years from the date of the end of the year 2025

Change License:         Apache License, Version 2.0

I would like to join the Fair Source movement, but looking at the discussions in #62, I wanted to check first before doing anything further.
