Add some form of License #9
Description
In general I would consider having a license (any license really) specified to be quite important.
If it's a project (such as this one) allowing contributions, this is even more important.
To me it doesn't particularly matter too much what license is ultimately chosen (though I am a "fan" of permissive open source licenses such as MIT or BSD), but I am of the opinion a license should be chosen.
I would ask the owner to select a License (or state why no license will be chosen, effectively prohibiting any use or contribution, if strict copyright were to be applied)
