Description
Describe the bug
I want to highlight words in specific Google Office (Doc, Sheet, ...) documents (e.g. "TODO"). I am fine with having even controls of Google Office applications highlthed (menu, sidebards, ...) but the main problem is that the content itself is not considered and highlighted by AutoHighlight.
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Chrome: Install AutoHighlight
- Google Doc: Create a new Google Doc document
- Google Doc: Rename the document "TODO whatever"
- Google Doc: Add the content "TODO whatever" into the document's content
- AutoHighlight: Create a rule that is active on all pages that highlights "TODO"
- Google Doc: See that the title of the document is highlighted, but the content is not
Expected behavior
Content of Google Office documents should be highlighted as well. (Bonus would be to make this work for "only" the content.)
Device info:
- operating system: linux
- Browser and version: chrome 138
- Auto Highlight version: 5.3
