Sync does not save global dial settings

Describe the bug
Sync does not save and/or load global dial settings

Steps To Reproduce
On both chrome and firefox, if I install the plugin on a new browser, it syncs all settings upon login except for the global "dial" settings. Individual dial settings like thumbnails work, but app-wide settings like borders do not and need to be manually updated.

Expected behavior
Dial settings sync with other settings.

Device info:

• operating system: Windows 11 Home 10.0.0.26100
• Browser and version: Firefox 141.0 (64-bit) and Chrome 138.0.7204.169 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• GroupSpeedDial version: 28.4

The options synchronization is actually implemented, see the "Synchronization" tab in the Options page.
But I've built it so long ago, I'm not really sure if it still works, or how it works. Also it was only for the PRO users.

If you decide to try it out, I would recommend creating a backup first - by exporting data to a file in the "Import backup" tab.

Back in the day, there were not many Options, and some of those that existed were often considered "device specific". This was also caused by some bad architecture decisions I've made (many of which I've fixed by now). So in the end, I was not fully satisfied with the result.

I'll try to investigate this feature at work tomorrow to see if it works OK.

I'm sorry about the delay, I'm finishing new release and I keep finding more features / bugs to work on :).
I did tested the Manual sync, which seems to work fine:

That is, if you create new manual backup, it will save all current Options page settings.
Then if you visit another browser and select the backup and click "Load settings", it will correctly restore it.

The automatic option is more tricky, I'm not sure now when the data are actually synced, I think they will be synced only when the dials data are synced. I'll need to dig deeper to see...

UPDATE:
Actually, it's broken :(
I'm digging deeper and I can't see the data being synced at all. So all these backups are only local.
I can't believe nobody reported this sooner. This must got broken during the big Options page upgrade which was years ago.
I'll try to fix this in the upcoming release.
