API is down again as global certificate has expired

The main SSL certificate for the site is expired again, so the icons won't load for any Favicon Kit subdomain.

It seems this is a recurring issue, as someone mentioned the same problem in May and it was expired again in October. It seems you're only renewing the certificate for 3 months which is a very short time span.

Three months is the default with many free SSL certs, however this should be done automatically.

If this has been down for two weeks and no word from the creator, I need to find another solution
