Aborted WIPs not displaying in SNAFUs tab

In testing another issue on ripple, I noticed that aborted WIPs no longer display in the SNAFUs tab. They should display there. It's not a huge issue, but my assumption (and Jen's as well) is that all SNAFUs, whether the WIPs exist or not, should display. Is that a quick fix?

Per Manny, there was a typo in the code that prevented SNAFUs from showing in the packages list. In addition, "abort" will be an event that displays there as well. Code will be rolled out tomorrow.
