How to compile / include pre-built epocemx binaries #4

I want to get this running on a Psion5 I have on its way and getting epocemx built is one of the most difficult things I've ever done. Is there any advice you can give on getting the build environment working? (I'm using an Ubuntu system in WSL)
If you have the epoc32 binaries on a CF card somewhere, for compiling on the Psion itself, could you include these in the repo so that I have a straight-forward method of compiling your Lua port, even if I have to do so on the Psion?
