What we're after:
Conduct additional usability testing with external legal customers to get a better understanding of some of their main concerns. Better understand their experiences with:
- Navigation to legal search systems
- Research methods
- Missing functionality (some reported already for MURs and ADRs, etc)
- Possible broken functionality
- Confusing language or functionality
