Documentation of Views

Sorry, but I can't find any documentation of Views in Documentation section.

I have some questions:

1. $view->layout()->scripts - i saw this in main layout. How and where scripts is assigned?

2. There is directory partial in View directory. How to import templates from this directory? I'd like to add some template in a view.
