How about adding LTE LOG_LTE_ML1_CONNECTED_MODE_INTRA_FREQ_MEAS for Qualcomm?

I have a Nothing Phone 3a and a lot of LOG_LTE_ML1_CONNECTED_MODE_INTRA_FREQ_MEAS measurements comes through when WiFi is disabled.

There is the normal Diag packet header eg:

20000000010000004f000000980100000100000010004000400079b12451198c9fee0d01

Then from byte 36:

380000000000 0000 9c18 0000 1601 8705 06040604 f700f700 0200 0000 7400 d603d603 c100c100 0000 2d00 c903c903 b400b400 0000

There is an initial ARFCN and PCI with measurments followed by a count of other PCI measurements on the same ARFCN:

0000
9c18=ARFCN 6300
0000
1601=PCI 278
8705=??
06040604=RSRP
f700f700=RSRQ

0200=count of other PCI measurements on the same ARFCN

0000
7400=PCI 116
d603d603=RSRP
c100c100=RSRQ

0000
2d00=PCI 45
c903c903=RSRP
b400b400=RSRQ
0000

The RSRP values do calculate to sane values, though not sure why the values are doubled up.
