New AngularUI structure

You may want to check out @angular-ui/ui-map which is pretty much the same thing. We're looking for people to help take over the project if you want.

This is indeed an earlier, pre-built version of angular-ui/ui-map that I obtained from the project website when it still had the big blue "Download" button. It was quicker at the time to throw the local copy I had up here than to figure out how to pull the deps using bower.

No intentions to fork angular-ui/ui-map here! :) I'll definitely use the original fork when I have the chance.
