Something Wrong with Starting Kernel Compiled by Script

Hello, I'm a new learning linux.
I've compiled the kernel and file system by script run_debian_arm64.sh, but when I exec ./run_debian_arm64.sh run, here are two Faileds in console and I cannot login through console. I've googled these but the solutions do not work, they just tell me modify some configuration files in system but I cannot start my system TAT.

The version of gcc is 9.4.0 and qemu is 4.2.1
