SBUS_INVERTED on d4r-ii

Commenting SBUS_INVERTED in d4rii config.h doesn't appear to work.
Sbus signal still coming from telemetry port and inverted so requires hardware inverter into Naze rev 5.
Other user on RC groups appears to have similar experience:

I found that "make clean" does not operates properly. Please remove objects which already generated for your target board ( under obs/D4RII/* ) manually.
If you have the same problem what I faced, you can obtain a new custom object after the "make".
