Weird Issue #3
Description
When arranging panes as below and resizing the editors in second column, a gap appears at the bottom of the page.
This bar goes away when some top-touching editor becomes active.
Nothing in Chrome dev tools says what it going on, so I think this could be a bug with Chrome.
This only occurs with the kind of situation as seen below. This does not happen when editors occupy only columns.
When resizing ANY panes in this configuration, the issue occurs.
