Path issue with install templates #40
Description
If you have init.templatedir already set to something like ~/.git-globals and run git hooks install-template from a directory other than ~/ your current directory (for example ~/repos/my-project will have a subdirectory created within it ~/repos/my-project/~/.git-globals/
Looking at Line 954 I'm unsure why PWD is being prepended. Maybe it's the quotes?
