Additional column in monovar vcf files #2
Description
The files all_after.vcf and all_bulk.vcf have an additional column in the end which hampers manipulating these files. Can be fixed using -
cut -f 1-13 all_bulk.vcfand cut -f 1-13 all_after.vcfon command line
