unable to automatically detect hardware type for `zen5`

BLIS is currently unable to detect zen5 architecture, and thus uses the generic configuration, which results in suboptimal performance. it should at least use zen3.

#770 is related to this, though the other issue is asking for general support. Mapping to an older architecture will certainly not yield the best performance, but still leaps better than generic.
