Recreate SVG legend #26
Description
The code to generate SVG legends has bit-rot and has been removed, we should recreate it in the future. If you want to help, look at the code for HTML legends and the old SVG legend code and try to adapt it accordingly.
For this task, a basic knowledge of D3 is required.
