Threshold scale should also show min/max in legend

Currently when you use the default quantile scale the resulting legend shows min/max values whereas the threshold scale results in a legend with more than / less than classes. While this is perfectly correct, it is always valuable to know the absolute lowest and highest value to better judge the data.
