Request to release a version fixing CVE‑2024‑47554 #344

Could you please consider releasing a new version that includes the fix for CVE‑2024‑47554? I can use the patched commit as a temporary workaround, but I rely on this package in several projects and an official release that removes the vulnerability would make upgrades and security audits much easier for me and others.
