When a redirect URL has been entered the repository can still be used #60
Description
For the Zimbu project I have entered a redirect. None of the pages are
available anymore, nobody can see the sources through the web interface.
However, the repository is still up and running. I don't see a way to stop
users from using it, other than deleting the project.
Can we please have a way to return an error from accessing the repository,
specifying the new location?
