Exporter doesn't work for "personal namespace" projects #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://code.google.com/u/temporal/p/kentonshouse/
2. Click "Export to Github"
3. Click "Start Export"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tool doesn't work, because it apparently has no support for projects that
are under a personal namespace ("/u/temporal" here). I couldn't find any
mention of this in the FAQ or other docs. I guess you guys forgot you had this
feature? :)
Probably there are so few users of personal namespaces that it doesn't make
sense to support them, but probably the "export to Github" button should not be
offered if it doesn't work.
