Exporter did not transfer all commit history

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exported https://code.google.com/p/stoqs/ to 
https://github.com/mikemccann/stoqs
2. Received Export Complete email from Google Code Exporter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to have all commit history transferred, but several files don't have 
the history, e.g. compare:

https://code.google.com/p/stoqs/source/list?path=/README

and 

https://github.com/mikemccann/stoqs/commits/master/README
