Cannot undo "Project moved" operation #71
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to project's Administer page and click on "Project moved" button with a
URL entered into the Location bar.
2. Try to undo the "Project moved" action by clicking on "Publish project"
button
3. Original project links will be 404 pages.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Possibly due to the deactivation of new project publishing, previously
published project that was "moved" cannot be re-published back online.
