[Operations] RSVP for alternate positions #39

What problem would you like to solve?
Not all units use a "fixed" roster. Some also just switch up the user billets for every mission.
Add an option in the Operation to allow for flexible positions.
Now when the user goes to submit an RSVP, a modal will open where they can select a position. Pre-fill it with the user's current primary position.
Regardless of the setting on operations:
When the unit leader submits their AAR, for each record in the attendance, also allow the leader to select their actual position during the mission. This should be prefilled with the RSVP'd position, if no RSVP or no position on the RSVP, pre-fill it with the user's primary position.
Add a new field to combat records, "position". When the AAR is submitted, and combat records are being made, fill in this field with the position from the AAR.
We could do a full on slots system like in the manual rosters on PERSCOM, that the user who creates the mission is able to create, but I think that's overkill and won't be used enough to warrant the dev time.
