Use video from an event as homepage background

Right now we have a pretty watercolor banner background on the homepage, but we should use a video from one of our events (54, Genesis, etc.) instead.

Yup, just merged #51. Appreciate the contribution! Next step for this issue is to reduce size of the video file. Should suffice to run banner.webm through a compression tool @pavanim101 @kansarahar

No problem, I'm participating in Octoberfest so whatever issues you have I can probably fix. I'll open a PR fix for that video.
