32-Bit: Add compiler option for 32 bit compilation #45
Description
In anticipation of 32-bit data types, add an option for 32-bit compiles Not specifying this option should cause the linker to link the current version 16-bit versions of libraries. In future, if this option is specified, the 32-bit versions of these libraries should be linked instead.
