Package maintainer?

Hello, I noticed this is the repo for https://pub.dev/packages/nullable and doesn't appear to be actively maintained. I have created a package with a similar intention (https://gitlab.com/kmcgill88/dart_nullables). Today I went to publish to pub.dev as nullables but was greeted with an error Package name nullables is too similar to another active package: nullable (https://pub.dev/packages/nullable). Apparently name squatting is a policy?

If you no longer plan on maintaining nullable on pub.dev would you be open to transferring it to me?
