Again, great work. I'm using it with Selenium based on your post here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5570004/how-to-change-lan-settings-proxy-configuration-programmatically
I spent days trying to get the Chrome driver to change proxy but to no avail. So I changed course and changed the Windows Proxy with your code.
One feature request that I think would help other developers is to change this project to a DLL + a Test Harness.
I created a new DLL and essentially added verbatim your ConnectionSettings, ExtensionMethods, ProxyAddress, ProxyRoutines, and ProxySettings. That is all I needed to use it as part of another app.
