Date value wrong if TZ <> 0 #7
Description
On January 31th (today) setting the timezone to a value<>0 e.g. Germany=1 will move the date display one day ahead to February 1st. I did not notice that yesterday. So perhaps this in an issue occuring at the end of a month.
