Parameterize standard graphs (api?) #5

I'm thinking it'd be cool to create a way to make your own custom maps. So typical/standard graphs might be one mapping consecutive months out for a lot over a specified time.
inputs would be the lot(s), and the time range(s). perhaps also have a special one for non-consecutive times, aka: graph all lots for every monday last quarter.
This could lead to a simple GUI so gov officials could generate the graphs they want.
