Initial state of the Stake form

Many users get confused when they access https://staking.fuse.io/ since the Stake/Unstake form shows as Loading....

They actually need to select a validator first, but there is no visual indication to guide them.

I think the form needs to be hidden until a validator is selected, and in its place an informative message must be shown.

@leonprou I saw you fixed the other issue with a new filter for the table, this one is still present and it's still confusing some users.
