Improve logging in contextualization listener

Use listener more widely in contextualization; notably log:

1. all transformations such as rasterization/vectorization/projection and their result
2. non-critical warning happening during transform() (e.g. GENIE errors)
3. non-critical situations that now have a log.warn()
4. database queries and their results
