questions on FedOps mobile example

I have a few questions on the CIFAR mobile example. By looking at the server config, it seems that the client device type (android or iOS) has to be specified when deploying the fedops server for the training run: why is that the case?

In general, does fedops support a mixed-client scenario where you might have both android and iOS clients?
