Migrate to Galaxy's modernized visualization framework #2
Description
The MVP visualization needs to be migrated to Galaxy’s new visualization framework. It is currently the last remaining plugin using the legacy controller endpoint, which will likely be disabled soon. The only real requirement is that the visualization must be available as a standalone npm package then it can be easily integrated into Galaxy. Please reach out if you have questions.
