[TODO] Add project milestones

Add some useful milestones which will help us track completion. Not gonna hold us to a certain date but I'd like to be up if not MVP by the last day of 2026 which I think is attainable goal.

Milestones (Alpha, Beta, MVP) have been created to help track progress toward the MVP goal.
Assigning this issue to the MVP milestone.

This could also benefit from more tags and milestones

Like for devops, frontend, backend, database, server, triage, progress, levels of complexity difficulty etc tags etc.

We can discuss timeline.
