Provide insight/comments to Clojure Core issue to add support for App Engine Threads

I added an issue to Clojure core to add support for App Engine threads:

Why should features specific to one proprietary environment be added to the Clojure core? I am not sure how to do this right now, but this seems like a modification which belongs in appengine-magic.
