[Addons Plugin] Double click color code to show color dialog - Word issues #1503

This plugin has a feature that allows user to double click on color codes to open up color selector dialog.
Strange because when I was testing out something else I was double clicking on some random words and I noticed that with some words the color picker dialog would open up.
For example the words
Add
Included
not sure if any other words but these are just some I noticed.
Not sure if there is a way to prevent this from happening?
I would think the color code would be detected by things like the # symbol?

Also noticed this with items similar to
# ABC
there is a space in-between the '#' and the letters and this still occurs if you double click on the ABC.
Also the ABC is only three letters.
