Hiligaynon project: English Source text not displaying

Problem: The Hiligaynon translation work is blocked because the English source text isn’t displaying in the interface.

Context: Translators rely on the English source as their reference, but the source field is currently blank (as shown in the attached screenshot), preventing progress on Hiligaynon tasks.
