Content Reproduction of Graph Neural Network-based Surrogate Model for Granular Flows

Hello, first of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for open-sourcing this repository. However, I have encountered issues while attempting to reproduce the results.
Specifically, I first cloned the GNS source code from the main branch and downloaded the granular column collapse-related files from the link: https://www.designsafe-ci.org/data/browser/public/designsafe.storage.published/PRJ-4275/%2Fpublished-data%2FPRJ-4275%2FSimulation--training-validation-testing-data-and-trained-model%2Fdata%2FModel--columncollapsesimple%2Fdata%2FColumnCollapseSimple?doi=10.17603/ds2-4nqz-s548. This package includes pre-trained models and corresponding datasets. Yet, when I used these pre-trained models and datasets for testing, I observed some abnormal behaviors in the particles predicted by the GNS model. In fact, I have not modified any content of the code or data at all.


Could you please explain the possible causes of this issue and provide corresponding solutions? Thank you very much!
