wms info control raises "error" events #20
Description
If you reuse your map control in an application that uses "error" events to notify the user, you will get errors in the wms info queries notified to the user, even if you don't want.
In order to make ol2 plugin more reusable, it should raise a map:error, that applications decide to channel to the user or not.
