How to set icon to button in ObjectListView

I set IsButtton = true, and rendder image.
Listview not show image.
Button i set IsButton = false => Listview show image.
How to use icon in button.

1. Add Imagelist to the form and add images in to it.
2. Specify the above imagelist in the objectlistview property "smallimagelist".
3. In the ImageGetter delegation script, specify the Imagelist member number.
   Eg. Column Name is "Delete" and the image member is 1, then

this.Delete.ImageGetter = delegate
{
return 1;
};
