There are a lot of outdated records in live-deployments.geojson

1. https://catalog.data.gov/csw-all?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - doesn't exist
2. https://datainventory.doi.gov/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - not found
3. http://gamone.whoi.edu/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - timeout
4. http://geonode.state.gov/catalogue/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - redirect to Geonetwork root
5. http://hh.worldmap.harvard.edu/registry/hypermap/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - timeout
6. http://geoint.nrlssc.navy.mil/pycsw/csw.py?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - timeout
7. http://cube.csiss.gmu.edu/srv/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=GetCapabilities - not found

And so on.

Looks like the list needs to be updated.

By the way, I am maintaining Dateno registry repository with registry of all data catalogs including pycsw. There isn't much of pycsw instances yet just 4, https://github.com/commondataio/dataportals-registry/blob/main/data/datasets/bysoftware/pycsw.jsonl
but I am planning to add more soon. It would be great if you have a newer one list of live deployments.
