Add circle rendering and animation to hero section #10
Description
The hero section shall closely resemble the GetCloudnative logo's sky with circular clouds and their positions. Therefore, an algorithm shall calculate the ideal positions and sizes of these circles in SVG and animate them on page load (the type of animation yet has to be defined).
