Thanks for your kind words @tomgue! Mind if I quote you on that? ;-) There are some subtle differences between v1 and v2. If you're starting out fresh, I'd recommend to use the beta v2 release. I'm finishing up the upgrade to Hinode v2. Any time now... :-) If you're willing to give it a try, you can use the exampleSite in the hinode branch beta channel as a starting point. The template still uses the Hinode v1 approach. |

I'll patiently wait for the final version of V2. Will the documentation be updated with the changes? I'm French, sorry in advance if the translation is bad, it's Google Translate's fault 😆 |

I'm looking for a theme to create a small personal website with a blog and documentation section. I've looked at many themes for Hugo, but then Hinode... Wow, what an amazing piece of work!
I'm going to start working with it, but I had an important question. I noticed a beta V2 in github release tag. I searched for information, but found almost nothing.
Is it better to wait for V2 to start? Will there be many significant changes?
Is the template repo up-to-date?
I can't wait to get it up and running!
Thanks for a huge work !! Hinode is awesome !
