plotting of aldex2 (& picrust2) results?

Hello .. Could you please suggest a way to plot something like this?
I used aldex2 after picrust2 as it is recommended (reproduced this tutorial: https://ycl6.github.io/16S-Demo/4_picrust2_tutorial.html).
