Simulate

Currently we have two different interfaces available:

1. FilesystemCluster can be used to write job description files with content like: ~/saps/example/gauss Expectation=0.0 Variance=1.0 x=2.5 to a folder specified by the DirJob variable in the saps.conf file.

2. PbsCluster Shedules jobs to a pbs cluster system using qsub

3. RunOnline The jobs are, one after another executed in your current shell, this is mainly used for debug purposes.
