What happened?

What did you do? What happened? What did you expect to happen?

Just Installed Github CLI and Co-pilot on Win11 Powershell and I have similar issue to what already repoterd beofre in issues #6 and #149

I tired following suggestions to upgarde and reinstall but got the same reuslts
