Urgent: 2FA Login Failed - "Crypto Error" - Logged in on mobile but new logins fail

I need urgent help. I am locked out of my GitHub account on my computer, and all my work from the last 2 years is stuck.
Here is the exact problem:

1. I am trying to log in to my GitHub account on my computer's browser.
2. I am still logged in to my account on the official GitHub iOS app on my mobile phone. I can access my repositories there.
3. When I try to use my mobile app to approve the new login, my browser shows a code.
4. When I enter this code into my mobile app and approve the request, the mobile app shows a "crypto error" and the login fails.
   I am stuck in a loop. I have access on my phone, but I cannot authorize any new logins on my computer because of this "crypto error." I believe this may be a bug. I do not have my 2FA recovery codes.
   Please help me regain access to my account.
